We can send Telstra purchased devices away for repair or warranty
or request a forward ship for eligible devices/repairs, you can call or message us on Facebook

We can also process your Upgrade and Protect redemptions in-store – $15/mth with $249 Redemption Fee for Damaged Devices up to 2x Per Year

Out of Warranty Repairs –

We don’t do phone repairs in-store, there are a number of local stores that offer repairs
