Warranty Repairs & Replacements

If you purchased your device through Telstra, we make the warranty process as seamless as possible. We can securely send your device away to an authorized repair center or request a forward ship replacement for eligible devices. If you need to start a claim or just want to check your warranty status, simply give us a call or send us a message on Facebook.

Telstra Upgrade and Protect
Are you an Upgrade and Protect member? We can process your device redemptions right here in-store. Enjoy peace of mind for $15/mth, which allows you to swap out a damaged device for a $249 redemption fee (available up to twice a year).

Out of Warranty Repairs

While we don’t perform on-site hardware repairs in our store, we know how important it is to get a quick fix. There are a number of great local businesses in town that offer on-the-spot repairs.

*Please note: Having your device repaired by an unauthorized third party will void your manufacturer warranty and will affect your ability to trade in your device with Telstra in the future.
